We use the ECRM Mako 4 Computer to Plate System, therefore files must be sent in PDF format. This eliminates the need for film and the chemicals needed to process film. We use Dynastrip Imposition Software so there is no need for 2-up or 4-up layouts. One PDF with all the pages in order, in CMYK ( NOT RGB ), with all fonts and images embedded at a minimum 300 dpi resolution. Allow 25-30% dot gain. Type in 2 colors or more AND type reversing out of a color CAN NOT be less than 13pt. Black type should be 100% black ( No Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow ).

We have two presslines. Our main pressline is a Webpress Quadstack inline with 8 Harris V-15A Cottrells. Our second press line has 10 Harris V-22 Vanguards. We stock several different paper sizes in 30 lb. newsprint, 35 lb. Highbright, and/or 50 lb. Whitestock.
