Resources & Support

When submitting files to Palm Springs Printing for reproduction, please make sure your files meet the following specifications:

When submitting a PDF, make sure that it is flattened, all fonts and images embedded, a minimum of 300 dpi, colors converted to CMYK and that all black text is 100% black. If your piece will bleed, make sure that you also include at least 1/8″ of bleed all around and crop marks.

When submitting native files, make sure you include the document, all fonts and images. Zip or stuff your files before sending them over the internet to keep them from getting corrupt while traveling through cyberspace.

If your files are too big to go through email, we have an FTP site that you can upload them to. Contact us for upload information.

We will send you a pdf proof of your piece unless you specify that you want a hard proof. You need to review your piece to make sure it is exactly the way that you want it and send back an approval via email. Once we receive your approval, we will put your project into our production schedule. Let us know what your expectations are as far as completion of your project and we will do what we can to accommodate your schedule based on what we have in house at the time of your request. We will go above and beyond to make sure that we not only meet, but exceed your expectations.
